1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Services
Arham Advisors provides content marketing consultancy services, including but not limited to:
- Content creation and strategy development
- SEO optimization and keyword research
- Social media content planning
- Email marketing campaigns
- Content audits and performance analysis
- Marketing consultation and advisory services
3. Client Responsibilities
Information Provision
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the successful completion of projects. This includes brand guidelines, target audience information, business objectives, and access to relevant platforms or systems.
Feedback and Approval
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes. Delays in client feedback may result in project timeline adjustments.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may result in project suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Client-Owned Content
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom content created specifically for their brand, including written content, strategies, and campaign materials.
Arham Advisors Property
We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, tools, and general business processes. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We understand that clients may share confidential business information, including but not limited to marketing strategies, customer data, financial information, and proprietary business processes. We agree to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- Not disclose confidential information to third parties
- Use confidential information solely for providing agreed-upon services
- Return or destroy confidential information upon project completion or termination
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Performance Guarantees
While we strive to deliver high-quality content and strategic recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic increases, or conversion rates. Marketing success depends on various factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (social media algorithms, search engine updates, etc.) that may affect campaign performance.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Work completed to date will be delivered upon payment
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
- Each party will return confidential materials
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
